Latest Construction Project Updates

We maintain open communication with our community throughout every phase of our construction projects.

UPDATE: We have received the final Site Plan approval and demolition permit from The Town. Structural demolition of the old Royal George Theatre has now commenced and should be completed in June.

As we continue with demolition on the new Royal George site, we know that disruption is inherent to any such process. We are working diligently with our team to minimize disruptions where we can and maintain a safe and clean construction site and surround area. We thank you for your patience.
