Braden Holloway
Senior Project Manager
Braden Holloway is Govan Brown’s Senior Project Manager overseeing construction for The New Royal George Theatre revitalization project. In this role, Braden is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and with care for the surrounding community.
Braden has been with Govan Brown since 2019 and is a senior leader within the Govan Brown Building Group. He brings more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry, supported by a background in Construction Engineering and Technology Management. His experience spans complex and adaptive reuse projects, as well as community-focused builds, often within occupied or sensitive urban environments.
Throughout his career, Braden has worked closely with clients, consultants, trades, and municipal authorities to manage schedules, mitigate impacts, and maintain clear lines of communication. He is known for his organized, solutions-oriented approach and his ability to provide constructive and sound resolutions that weigh the community.
As construction moves forward at the Royal George Theatre, Braden is committed to minimizing disruption where possible and working collaboratively with the project team and community to support the successful revitalization of this historic cultural landmark.
Jennifer McCoy
Community Liaison
Jennifer McCoy is Govan Brown’s Community Liaison for The New Royal George Theatre revitalization project. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for maintaining open communication between the project team and the local residents, ensuring community concerns are heard, acknowledged, and addressed throughout construction.
Jennifer brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has been a member of the Govan Brown team since 2008. Her background spans project management, operations, and leadership roles, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how construction activity affects both project outcomes and neighbouring communities. She has also led Govan Brown’s social procurement and community engagement initiatives, working closely with municipalities and stakeholders on projects within established and sensitive environments.
Known for her collaborative and solutions-focused approach, Jennifer has extensive experience navigating complex projects that require a high level of coordination, transparency, and care. She is deeply knowledgeable in construction processes, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder communication, and is recognized for her ability to bring clarity and consistency to community-focused building.
As the Royal George Theatre progresses, Jennifer remains committed to keeping the community informed through regular updates, clear communication, and ongoing dialogue, supporting the respectful revitalization of this historic landmark.
